To quote Debby, "I had found a copy of this pattern ages ago and knew it was what I would make for the raffle...  The set consists of the velour skirt with cute cowardly Lion, Tin Man, and Scarecrow...  A very nice antique Taffeta blouse with hand embroidered collar and tiny pearl buttons.  The outfit also has a lovely petticoat and dark tights!"
